We do our best to ensure information on the website is complete, accurate and current. Despite our best efforts however, information on the site may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders (including after you have submitted your order). If we discover an error for any ordered item, we will tell you as soon as possible and give you the option of cancelling, or confirming your order. We reserve the right to limit the quantities, or discontinue any products that we offer.

Due to the recycling of reclaimed materials in some of our items, each Mindful Manta product is unique and may vary ever so slightly.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
PLACING AN ORDER
When you make a purchase, you should receive an e-mail to acknowledge your order. We only accept an order once payment is approved and the payment card debited. If you have any issues after placing an order and prior to dispatch, please contact us directly and we will work to resolve your issue as soon as possible. When you place an order, you will have the option to create an account. Should you create an account, you will be responsible for keeping your email address and password confidential and have sole responsibility for activities which occur using these login details.
DELIVERY
We endeavour to dispatch as quickly as possibly to meet expected delivery times, but there are sometimes delays because of postal carriers or logistics. We aim to keep you as updated as much as possible. More information can be found on our Delivery & Returns page.

Mindful Manta products are for private domestic and consumer use only. We do not accept liability for indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss of damage to property and/or loss from claims of third parties arising out of the use of the site or any products purchased from Mindful Manta.
